We have two of the largest CNC brake presses in Canada – a 1500 ton x 16’ press in our Sudbury facility and a 2000 ton x 16’ press in our Mississauga facility, both built in Canada by Accurpress.  We also have a 750 ton x 10' Accurpress, also built in Canada, in our Mississauga facility.  Using these machines, our experienced technicians have revolutionized the design possibilities for cold forming high hardness steel.  Examples of our innovative work includes bumping and cold forming 2.5” thick HS 500 and 0.75” thick x 122” wide HS 550.  All of our machines have a programmable automatic backgauge.
